Just walked in the door from our first day of the sale. It feels SO good to sit down. I am eating some mac and cheese and drinking a Dr. Pepper while I type this:// It has been sweet! Nice people..so encouraging! I tell ya .. I love this:)
I know you all have lots to do to so I just want to leave you with our families MUST HAVE staple hors d’oeuvres . Sounds weird but just wait. Once you taste it…you are addicted! We had it at our Memorial Day BBQ. I love it with carrots and celery…everyone else loves it with Ruffles..or some sort of riggy potato chip. Let me know if you make it and what you think ok? Love and Hugs to all of you. Happy Weekend……xoxo

Your dip looks good! I’ve never heard of adding cottage cheese to it. I read a few other entries in your blog and love your shop space! I wish I had the time/energy to devote to something like that! Maybe someday… Love your house colors too-I’m going to head over and check them out more!
Happy dipping. Hope you get some rest after all your hard work.
I will be recreating
this, SOON!!!
Glad the sale is going
so well and hope you
get a little time to relax
when it is all over!

This sounds so yummy – definitely going to try it! I have also heard of just adding 1-2 tablespoons of Kraft low fat ranch dressing to a small container of cottage cheese for a go-to snack.
I just thought of this Idea looking at serving size of all the dips out there are 2 tablespoons. I thought, cottage cheese is a serving size of 1/2 cup so I put some spicy ranch dip season in my cottage cheese and ate with Melba toast and wheat thins, it was great! So I’m on the look out for other cottage cheese dip ideas.
