OK, count me in! I need to curb my sweet tooth. I can assure you that I will not be a perfectionist….I am aiming for keeping my sugar intake to a minimum. My posts may just be a report on any sugar that I have eaten. I am 48 and six weeks ago I committed to 3 gym visits a week, on a new program that the Y just started. For each visit I print out a workout and it is different every time! Love it so far, and have gone 3x each week. Thanks for the inspiration!
I definitely want to do this. My thing would be portion sizenot eating after 7 pmand no junk food (this includes bad fast food, cookies, candy, chips etc). i do pretty good during the day but at night. man. it is hard. i'm also going to commit to get on the eliptical 5 days a week before work.
I am so excited to have others to do this with. It helps to have people who are doing it so you can talk about it and not bore those that don't care…lol:) Can't wait – looking forward to it very much.
I was thinking the same thing. I just need some balance. Basic clean eating and a little activity everyday. Good luck, can't wait to hear more.
